Reminders

Be thankful this day for reminders.

Reminders serve a purpose to let us know who we truly are. Everyday we are reminded of some aspect of our life and personality, whether it is past or present. When we have a reminder surfacing from the past, it is to let know who we are and release who we are not. When we are in the present moment and then reminded of a situation, this serves to let us not to forget our fundamental teachings and practices. We go through each day being reminded or our progress as an individual and a collective humanity. So what triggers the reminders?

Each day is different and operates on varying vibrational frequencies in each moment of the day, though we have daily routines. Each momentary situation presented is a reminder in-itself. It's a reminder of who we desire to be. With spiritual or any form of growth, at times we forget our fundamental teachings. The basics of what was learned go flying out the window, yet those are the same basics keeping us grounded. With any form of progression, we add to what was learned to improve self and others around us. The foundation of what is learned is different for everyone. How we are reminded about who we are as individuals are different too. The reminder can come as a situation or memory with strong emotional content. The reminders usually come when least expected. They lull us back to a place of acceptance and amazement. The question is; how do we continue move forward with the acceptance of progress?

As the old quote goes, "how do you know where you are going, if you don't know where you've been". At times we find our self in a stuck place; however we have been in a stuck place before and didn't know it. Most us now are aware when we are in a stuck place and use the learned tools to no longer be stuck. Reminders are one tool for becoming unstuck. Reminders are also life markers. The markers are charged with our own emotions and perceptions of self and from others. Times we are so bombarded with "worldly" perceptions of self through media and even go as far as thinking "am I like that" we forget who we truly are. The best reminders we have are our friends and family. They serve as a reflection for us. They are honest with us, not only for the relationship built, but from genuine trust and honesty expected and given. We can move forward by becoming unstuck through the reflection of progress. When we progress, we help others to do the same. We are each others’ own reminders.

A dear friend said to me and I will always remember this, she said "I love who you are and I love who you are not". It was my reminder to always be true to myself and accept the progress made, for I am, we are never the same as yesterday. At times we even change our daily routine to fit the progression made. Stillness is the heart opening up to let light of your desires in. We all desire to see the progress of where we have been our life here. Our life is documented through the reflection of reminders and how we are self-perceived.

Be thankful this day and everyday for the fundamental teachings we learned to strengthen us.
Be thankful this day and everyday for the reflections to move us to humble place of acceptance.
Be thankful this day and everyday for the gentle reminders to let us know who we truly are.

What

What was before
What is to comes after
Revealing the shift in all the mist

What matters now
What mattered then
What will ever matter

Knowing the first absolute
Accepting the wisdom of self
What is given to the wearer of fate

What makes you move
Are you moved
What makes you, You

What is it about you
You are about what
What is it all about

Pursuing questions
Answering what ifs and what abouts
Loosing time in the time

What is the mind of habit
Mind is creation of what
Creation is habit of the mind

What is purpose
The purpose of what
It is the purpose of what

A symbol of what
Etched in the meaning of what
The what of it is all has a life
What is the what and how did we get to what

Whatever
Forever what

Honor

Be thankful this day for honor.

As a collective we perceive honor as upholding our personal commitments or promises to others. With this thought process, we misconstrue the meaning of honor. When we make a commitment or promise to someone else, what is the reason behind it? Are we keeping a commitment not to disappoint someone else or their perception of you? As spiritual beings first, we are genuinely kind to others, however we care not to disappoint others and alter the relationship through others perceptions. We do ourselves harm by not living up our own self commitments and perceptions. The questions now becomes, what are our commitments and perceptions of self?

As individuals we have different morals and ethics. When we (individually) have doubts or fight with self, we lack the honor in the choice made not in alignment of our moral or ethically code. Our personal honor lies in us not crossing the line of personal choices made from those moral and ethic codes. Our reaction to choices faced daily is the upholding of our personal honor. Daily we are times challenged to cross the personal line we created. Though each challenge is a reminder of the strength carried in you. The strength to know you matter. The strength to know you respect your honor and choices made from the center of all life. Now we have to stop and think about the times where we didn't respect our own choices. If we take the time to give each thought the honor and respect it deserves, think of how much better we would feel daily. How can we as individuals find honor in the choices if there is no honor in what you choose? Every choice serves a purpose. In honoring our choices, we are honoring our purpose.

As a collective, honor behaves bit differently. We live in a space where we are blending energies (thoughts, ideas, emotions, etc.). We have individuals in the collective who are reckless and push the boundaries. Not saying that it's wrong. We need the free thinkers to help evolve humanity. It's those who judge or criticize the "radical ones" who offer less honor for their choices. Remember we are one unit functioning with different thought processors and perceptions, yet with the same goal. All in the world is subjective. All thought comes down to personal choice. Right now in this moment there are other people reading this same message and relate to it differently. Those reading this have different interpretations or receive the desired message. As a quote from one of my favorite songs, "to know the truth when here it or deny the truth when you know it". As collective we know the truth, yet as individuals we view it differently. As a collective we are tuned into many different frequencies, and this is the reason why there are so many messages, choices and perceptions. Each message, each perception of truth is carried on a different frequency for each individual to get what is desired. As a collective we have to become more open to others thoughts, ideas and perceptions to become whole and truly unified as a spiritual collective.

Having honor is knowing our highest self and respect the guided choices made to govern the sole purpose. Our highest self is Divine and is of pure light. Both as a collective and individuals we have to find the honor in remaining open to the channels where our respective messages come from, in doing we create a whole humanity. If we have honor for self we should have honor for others. Our highest good comes from the love and honor given to self and others. Honor is knowing the line created and upholding it with the greatest intention and integrity.

Be thankful this day and everyday for the honor given to self and living your highest truth.
Be thankful this day and everyday for the honor given to others and respecting their choices to be their true self.
Be thankful this day and everyday for upholding the integrity of honor of self and others.

Bare Sorrow

Tears flowing into streams
flooding into rivers
carried to oceans
raining down storms

Walking bare foot
exposed to the sun
leaving a trail luminated by dust

Crumbling to salt all origins
suspended in the time before me
at rest
at peace

Searching for answers in a clouded place to lift the burden's burden
who's to bare
who's to blame

A wisdom creating a cycle of exchange
birthing and rebirthing
navigating
woven by hands of own and not

The land is me and we live the sea flowing effortlessly
I'm the air and we share flames tenderly

Living in the shell stark arc of all creation
timid
fragile
courageous
fortified
present

Leaving chaos
accepting intervention
knowing purpose
sharing love

Cycles

Be thankful this day for cycles.

There are two types of cycles, one to perpetuate learned or self destructive behaviors and the other to sustain life. Both cycles are created to protect us, the soul from any form of harm. As individuals and a collective we create these cycles unconsciously. The cycles are created to numb any sensation felt from previous experiences to protect us, the soul, from harm whether it is emotional, mental or physical. The question now becomes; how to we break a cycle protecting us?

From personal experience, I went years living in a cycle unconsciously created. My cycle was created to protect myself from emotional harm and not allowing people to get to close to me, when I once wore my heart on my sleeve. To finally break any cycle, we first must become aware of it, and then acknowledge it. Once it is acknowledged, we can analyze it to understand why we created it. Then and only then can we move forward to heal and break the cycle. The work involved is intense, with a lot of realizations. All that was once discarded or disregarded resurfaces to confront the reasons why we became less of who we truly are. Times the perpetuated cycle does us more harm, by living in what we think is a protective bubble. The bubble can only protect us for so long, until we have to confront our own creations.

We are the spark, the off spring, and the creations of the Divine Source. The Divine created life cycles to for us to benefit from. On a physical level we go through a continuous life cycle. As young children the cycle is rapid. The rapid cycle is filled the physical growth, mental development and emotional content. As young children, we take in a lot of information at once. The absorption of the information taken in sets the tone for our life.  The energy fed into us creates a cycle of habitual behaviors. Some of us still carry the habits created as children, yet some of us are aware of some of them. Also on a physical level we have cells regenerating daily and other bodily functions repeating so fast our brain is yet to fully comprehend all of what our body does. On an energetic level, cycles are a little different. Take the cycle of the moon for example and its connection to the water. How the moon pushes and pulls the tide and the water allows it. We are connected to all universal energies in the same way. We allow the universal energy to push and pull us. From the time of conception we are infused with universal life energy. The life energy, our soul, incarnates and develops in a body. From there every seven years our energy cycle is renewed and more energy is added to the current energy. The energy I refer to are the chakras. The chakras help to govern the soul's development. Each developmental stage opens up new accesses to a wealth of energy to guide us to be whole, bringing harmony and balance into everyday life.  The energy cycle sustains our well-being and aides us to live a desired life.

Each cycle creates a sense of security, yet they all change. Each cycle changes we be become aware of it and the attachment to it. We then must release the attachment, thus releasing the cycle. Remember we are our own creations and the creations of the Divine. Each cycle serves a purpose, whether if it’s to help heal or sustain us. All cycles provide a level of awaking and balance. Each cycle offers levels of accession and soul development. There is no separation from what we create, they are we and we are them.

Be thankful this day and everyday for being a witness to be awakened from cycle created.
Be thankful this day and everyday for the life energy cycles to sustain and develop us.
Be thankful this day and everyday for the ascension gained through life cycles.

More Of Me (MOM)

More of me
Not what you use to see
Allowing me to be
No less of the predecessor a successor of fate
All else lie in wake

Little by little
Piece by piece all is deceased
Now nurturing a side hidden in plain sight
Exposed
Vulnerable
Provoked
Tenacious
Resilient

A crack in the shield revealing light
Beaming freedom of old new
Leaving only light
Subtle
Intense
A refraction and attraction of allowance
Of desires

Getting to the root of self
Uncovering the brush of stuff from seasons past
The sweet release of bitterness

Accessing core of thought
Orb of life
Spark of creation
Divine me

Becoming more me
Knowing there is more of me to give
An ascension beyond Earthly realms
Recognizing it was always there
I’ve always been me
Now there is more of me

Peace

Be thankful this day for Peace.

Peace is the acceptedness of a moment or situation caused by surrendering to Higher Self or Divine Source. Peace can often times be mistaken for weakness. In a society where we created "might is right” or "survival of the fittest", those of us choosing to surrender our will instead of imposing our will is seen as inferior. It takes much strength and wisdom to see the greater picture evolving and when to know to forge ahead or surrender to moment.

Peace is stillness of recognizing the moment created, the moment we created. The moment is filled with love, joy, elatedness and other spectrums of love. Yet in moments where there is "chaos", we have to find the lesson in it and love it to find peace to accept it. Once we find peace in a chaotic moment, we know there is love. Our Higher Self already sees the peace and love in every moment, our human brain has to surrender to our Higher Self in chaotic moments. We have to take responsibility for the moments we create on Earth and in our lives, whether it's collectively of individually. Once we take the responsibility we can find the love in it to bring peace and balance to each moment.

All collective moments start individually, and then spread to other individuals creating a collective conscious. A quote from one of my favorite movies "give a man an idea, then he creates an institution". Now as collective we have a responsibility to create the idea of peace, to have an institution of peace on Earth. The Divine didn't create Earth for us to dislike one another, to have wars, to have famine, the Divine created Earth for us to love one another and have abundance in all things. Earth is an institution of love, peace, abundance and life lessons. Peace is an enduring way of life.

I know most of you are thinking about varying instances where "I was the victim". I know what I'm about to say may shock or surprise you, but it’s true. There are no victims in life. We all on some level chose to experience what we did and in the end we are better for going through the experience. Yes this is even true terminal illnesses or the like. Yes, a very difficult realization, even I had to come to grips with that aspect to find peace and love, as it’s very personal. One advice I will offer you with those who struggle or know those who are struggling with an illness, see them as healthy and full of vitality. Our thoughts add to their well-being. As souls we chose a life path and the lessons in it to learn from. In essence these lessons will make us better healers, communicators, and a better humanity as a whole. So now we must love and have gratitude for the experience making us who we become. By loving the experiences, we can make peace with them and eventually dissolve them. We also must practice forgiveness of self to make peace with roles played in each "victim" experience. Remember be the change you desire to see. Yes it is a lot of work, but worth it to heal your life and others. We have to release our own victim ideas and make peace with them. Each life is connected and once we heal, we can help others to heal for the life we chose to experience.

Peace is a challenging road, but worth all the rewards reaped. The question now becomes how do we find peace in our self? Finding peace is different for each soul. How you find peace and make amends to your Higher Self is upon you. I leave you with this message to be open for peace will find you, if so desired.

Be thankful this day and everyday for accepting the role played to experience your life as desired.
Be thankful this day and everyday for creating a new institution of peace on Earth.
Be thankful this day and everyday for finding peace within you and sharing it with the world.

Warrior’s Road

To walk a path of honor
Of hardships
Of understanding
Of having everything
Having security in the ultimate power
Knowing that gift and to reveal it
To never use
To throw down your gauntlets in satisfaction
And walk away with your head high with new found pride

Intimacy

Be thankful this day for intimacy.

As a collective we usually think of intimacy as being sexual. Intimacy is having a deeper understanding of self or connection(s). Though some intimate connections may stir sexual feelings, not all sensations are sexual. This sensation felt is primal or base emotion letting you know there is a connection. It is a form of vibrational energy resonating and connecting with you. How do we decipher between the two sensations, raw sexual attraction and deeper connections?

Living/Being human, we tend to be attracted to tangibles and using our senses to guide us. However with intimacy, we have another tool to rely on; our intuition. Our intuition tells us whether the connection we have is a deeper more meaningful one or sexual interest. I'm not saying you can't have both, but just a better understanding of the two. Often times the fine line between the two is so grayed they blend. Being sexual with someone allows you to express a form a physical love or attraction. Being intimate allows you to express the energy in the connection. You can be intimate with family, friends, spouse, colleagues, and God on many different levels. Having intimacy allows for comfort in a relationship you have with a person or being.

There is no real separation of the two, sexual or being intimate. They both equate to expressions of love. It is the matter of expression making a difference, causing the mental separation, however energetically they are the same. Our collective brain created this separation along with many others. Each soul is connected. Each soul is linked to one another. Some souls are intimate with one another. Since we are all connected, we are all intimate souls. Our brain gets in the way of the intimate connection we should have with one another. Being intimate is sharing of self with another on different levels. Yes it is ok to be selfish, as long as we remember our connection. Times being disconnected can be healthily. The relationship we have varies from person to person and soul to soul. We created a place, Earth and situations to explore many paths and choices. How we get to the same place is dependent on our intimate connection with self and full understanding of the energy presented.

We have to ask ourselves do we feel an intimate connection with self. Do we have an intimate connection with our fellow spirits? Do we have an intimate connection with the Divine Source? In other words are we familiar with who we are NOW and transmuting /ascending too. When we have intimacy or familiarity with ourselves and each other, then we can better understand humanity as a whole. Then can we truly be one.

Be thankful this day and everyday for the knowledge and awareness we have of each other.
Be thankful this day and everyday for the intimacy flowing through our daily lives.
Be thankful this day and everyday for the forms of love expressed leading to collective oneness.

Sleeping Heart

Missing the heartbeat lulling this soul to sleep to be awaken by your presence calling to me and me calling to you

Sensing your movements and thoughts as if you were near
A calming presence with a radiant beauty flowing to overflowing melodies of oneness

Reconnecting with you time and life again
From the first and through standing before me
With me as is

Knowing who you are before we meet because we met souls ago
Imprinted upon an eternal spirit

Expressing an everlasting passion running deeper than first imagined opening self to the desired connection to what is

Emanating the highest frequency
Love
Bounded to and through all existence

Preparation complete before we meet again in the world created for us and buy us

Once again neglected by the separation of the time and infected of ensuing madness
Finding cures of void-less presence and temporary fixes

Unfocused streams of pressure pursued
fills gaps of tender moments created in said time

Creating peace and tranquility in my personal garden
Feeling the spirit the passion it craves from the Heavens above

Landing in a place of warmth an embrace oh so familiar to the soul awakening a heart that slept for so long

Communication

Be thankful this day for communication.

We communicate with dozens of people daily, whether if it's through technology, or more natural means. Technology has given us multiple ways to communicate with family friends and even strangers. Through technology, we have become a society of instant gratification. Everything has to be readily available. This thought process has spilled over into other life faucets and even made us very demanding and less grateful. As humans we communicate with our words and body. As spirits we use our mind and energy. The brain translates the minds unspoken words for us to speak and the body correlates the vibrational energy for to speak without words. How we communicate with another being speaks to our relationship with them, but more so how we feel about our self.

We communicate with our self more than anyone else. The voice in our head, our consciousness or Divine Self, speaks to us in a manner easily understood. This guides us in pursuit to fulfilling our overall purpose of joy. Our voice also prevents us from doing harm to self and others, though at times it is over written. Our Divine Self helps us to understand our role on Earth. The understanding we desire or already know is recognized when we come into full awareness of Self. Our understanding comes from the Divine Source and is translated by the Divine Self for our human brain to comprehend the sole purpose leading to joy. Once all is understood, we come into full alignment with Self and purpose.

How we communicate with self or others plays an important role in the daily life as a human. As spirits we are use to communicating telepathically. For us to create sound was once a difficult task. It was something we had to learn as a child. To us the mind as a means of communication comes natural to us, yet it was a forgotten practice, because it does not serve us on Earth. Being sensitive beings, how we speak can be easily misconstrued. The tonality, inflection, or even the order of words can completely change the meaning of a statement. Being sensitive beings, we can easily take offense to a statement or communicative action. However some of us don't take offense to the words or actions directed towards us. This is due placement of understanding of the purpose of a particular communication. Some of us will call it tough skin or a built up tolerance from the misinformed. The key is the golden rule, "treat others as you wish to be treated", the same is true when communicating, talk to others the way you wish to be talked too.

Both as humans and spirits, we speak with such emotion. Our emotions covey the story of the moment we are in. We are naturally expressive beings and we show/share the expressive moment with our words and actions. Just think to all the moments in your life where you had joy and how it was expressed, the tone in your voice, and the bodily actions. The same is true for the opposite emotions. We are inherently communicative beings. The many forms of communication aid in the development of self and can affect others around us. Remember we are sensitive beings and can pick up on others, whether we are aware of it or not. How we feel can time affect a whole room of people. This is why it is important to be aware of self and yes even talk to yourself.

Now taking is a step further, how we communicate with other life forms, animals, plants and situations, impacts the affection, growth or outcome by the emotion carried in words used. Our communication/voice is just another frequency of energy. What the frequency is; is determined by you. The frequency of communication is vibrational energy be shared and taken in by others. Think of it this way, you are listening to the radio station or watching the news. There are a few hundred listening or watching the same thing. Now what you a listening too or watching evokes a certain emotion. The others listen or watching respond in a similar manner. The reason for this is the emotional frequency the message is carried on. To take it a step further, the previous scenario, but what you are listening too or watching is being share with others in a room. The emotional frequency is magnified to the close proximity of others. We become aware of others feelings or sensations. This is an inherent behavior of being a spiritual being.
Communication is an important marker in the life experience. How our body communicates with us, how mind translates Divine information, how we communicate with others and how we communicate with self. Technology advanced our reach/distance and how we communicate with others. No matter the form of communication, we must be aware of the frequency used to communicate with others. The emotional frequency used can impact one's life or lives, if we are not carefully. Remember we are all connected and thoughts and emotions are shared on the same frequency. What we say, how we act, does impact others in a collective space. I'm not saying you have to be joyous all the time, but love, respect and honor the shared space. Our communication is one voice shared by the Divine Source.

Be thankful this day and everyday for the technological means to commune with others.
Be thankful this day and everyday to commune with the Divine Source and Self.
Be thankful this day and everyday to share the same emotional frequency to communicate.

The Mind

Be thankful this day for the mind.

As humans we often confuse the mind with the brain. Our brain is the control center for the bodily functions. It relays and distributes messages, as well as sends signals throughout the body. Our brain governs all our reactions. Our brain thinks and the body reacts. The question now becomes, if our brain thinks and body reacts how do we think to react?

Our mind is attached to our soul. The mind is the invisible energy field governing choice and the link to collective. The mind is the gateway to infinite wisdom contained in us, in our soul. Our soul carries information from all previous expressions and collective experiences. The mind is the key to access all the authentic, absolute information of self, collective and Divine Source. As individuals, we have already made the choice to react in a certain manner, thought and experience we chose to have. Our brain is figuring out why we made the choice, while the mind knows why the choice was made. This is where confusion lives as humans; we always must understand and analyze choice, and however the real obstacle is accepting the choice. How do accept an idea, concept, or choice, when not fully understood?

Through the intervention of the mind all is accepted as is. The ego desires the calamity of confusion. We already know the outcome of any situation through the connection of Higher-self. Yet we feed the ego through the confusion and disharmony we create with false understanding of the predetermined choice. Like all else, the mind in another form of energy tapping into the knowledge base self and collective. When we are presented choices, we act like kids in a candy store. We become over stimulated with choices. Then the brain/ego kicks in and says “you can have all the candy you want." The end result is a stomach ache. We go to the candy store knowing what we want already, but when presented with options we lose sight of predetermined choice made. Like all else, the mind has to trained to function at optimal levels to serve you, the soul.

The mind like the brain is a tool. Both are trained to fulfill their function. The brain is much easier to train. Through its magnificent design, the brain can hold more information than a laptop, if we train or will it too. The mind requires us to be more willful and patient to access the desired information already contained in us. Think of it this way, our brain is a laptop connected to our mind, a server with terabyte of information. Through our brain we can access the mind to retrieve data to process on screen, the world we live in. All the information pulled from the mind through the brain has to processed and understood for self to manifest in the world. From this process comes, creation, ideas, oneness, harmony and balance.

The mind is the brain for our soul. It governs our Higher-self to experience life to the fullest through predetermined choices. By understanding we already made the choices in life with our mind and accepting the outcome, lessons or reminders, this is how we can truly experience being present. Through acceptance comes presence. This is not an easy task, acceptance. The ego likes attention and finds ways to attach itself in many places. Then we have to vigilantly aware of ego to detach it and to accept what the mind has placed before us. Remember what is given to us is what is/was asked. The will to experience life in its many faucets is a choice in itself. Allow the mind to present you the gift to experience life full and be open to your heart's desire.

Be thankful this day and everyday for your mind manifesting your thoughts.
Be thankful this day and everyday to access the divine information in the mind.
Be thankful this day and everyday to accept the choices made to experience life.
