What I Am Not

535125_meditatsiya_kosmos_siyanie_1920x1080_(www.GdeFon.ru)Be thankful this day for "What I Am Not."
Who we are not has much more to do with who we are. We focus so much on what we desire, and what we are, we tend to forget about our polar opposite. I'm not saying to lose our sense of "positivity" but without our opposite how can we know what we truly want and how to live now. Who we are changes from moment to moment and is subject to change with our external circumstances. Yet, our external circumstances have no bearing on who we truly are. The circumstances themselves are an experience we choose to go through to better understand the process of being human. Each experience is not unique to the soul having it, what makes the process unique is each different response to it. Each response is added to the collective mind (Akashic record). With each recorded response, we are getting close to who we are not to be who we are. The question now becomes, how do I know who I truly am?

How do you know who you are? The answer to this question is different for everyone, depending on where you are in the process of life. Are we more than flesh holding our Soul, yes; are we more than the energy creating life, yes; are we more than light shining brightly for others to follow, yes. Who we are and who we are not is relative to the situation and circumstance in the moment it occurs. Most of us look through life with glasses of judgment and labels. The process of judgment allows us to label a person or situation for self to better understand the person and situation according to our human experience. Yet our human experience is to remind us who we are, our Soul Self. We live from a place of memory, and this is why we judge our situations from previous ones. Our memory serves us to remember experiences and not judge present ones based on previous ones. What we fail to understand in the beginning is process of acceptance. All we experience is a process. The process of acceptance allows us to look at self, others, and situations, as they are, free from labels and judgment. To get to know who we are is a process of acceptance of self. Once we learn how to accept self we can accept others. Now, how we label self and others is a different process.

We label everything! The labels we created made it easier for the human brain to discern what is good and what is bad. What we view as good or bad is subjective and relative at the moment it occurs. All of the people, items, situations, and places we label as bad do not serve our best interest, or we are not interested in. All the people, items, situations, and places we label as good serves our higher self and most interested in. Then there are the people, items, situations, and places we are indecisive about, because we simply don't care. Have we stopped to think why we have our personal label for everything? We label all from a place of curiosity and higher knowing. The labels are meant for the instance of an occurrence and a not continual label of similarity to be judged. Each person, item, situation and place is meant for a singular experience and should be accepted as it is and not judged or labeled from previous experiences. By labeling all experiences based on previous ones the same; we are limiting our growth and understanding about who we are not.

We all desire to be our Divine Self and live in our true purpose. In order to accomplish this way of living, we have to experience the opposite of our truest desire. What this looks like will be different for everyone. How we will get there will be different for everyone. Once on the path of acceptance, the process of being who we truly are takes place. We begin to see life as it is. We fill out hearts with more compassion and empathy. We begin to see clearly and better understand the choices each soul makes. We accept people and situations as they are. We increase the energy of around us with more acceptance. Who we are not is no more than who we are to be.

Remember all that is experienced is a process and serves a purpose in the moment occurred. The purpose is seeing life as it is, no more, no less, while bringing more light to what simply IS. We already have the knowledge to be who we truly desire to be. Yet we all believe our wisdom comes from applying our knowledge to each situation, yet, our wisdom comes from sharing what we know, our innate knowing of being connected to the Universe and to God. Now the process becomes knowing and having faith in what we already are. Do you know what we already are? We are more than we appear to be, more than we reveal, yet all is shown, all is seen in our daily life. Only you know and can accept who you are now and to be who desire to be in the Now.

Be thankful this day and everyday to know who we are and who we are not in the process of life.
Be thankful this day and everyday to bring clarity and acceptance to situations and people who open the Soul.
Be thankful this day and everyday to remember our source of wisdom, allowing it shared and magnified with Self and others.

Acceptance - Excerpt from Thank You Thursday, Volume 1

stone faceBe thankful this day for acceptance.

We live in a world created with some form of illusion. By this I mean people create a mental image of a subject, item, place or an idea with a certain levels of expectancy. It's this level of expectancy that creates the illusion. We as humans expect a certain level of life or create an illusion of certain levels of life from society's definition. When all that is around you, when all that you see is created through levels of expectancy nothing reigns true. Some people live lies to hide the true self, other people just plain hide from themselves and the truth. People around us create the level of expectancy, then we feel we have to live up to the illusion they created for us.

Once we acknowledge the illusion that stems from fear and disappointing others, we break free from the hold it has placed on us. We no longer live up to someone else's level of expectancy, but we now live of our truth. When we finally come into acceptance, we acknowledge ourselves for who we are as human beings in this world. Then everyone else will acceptance us for who we are without illusion.
Be thankful this day and everyday for your own personal truth.
Be thankful this day and everyday for what you believe extends into the energy you create.
Be thankful this day and everyday to manifest your truth and accept your worth as a human being.

Outside My Mirror
Stepping into a world of reflections
Different people
Different moods
Different attitudes
All consumed with the currency of beauty

What do you see
Can you see the sheer transparent thought image of self reflected in society or are we society’s creation
A celebrity status among the not so famous the virtual unknown

Aware of your existence could careless of the image portrayed
Let me remove the blindfold
Image is all that matters do you see what the world sees or what you see
What are you
Who are you
Living by someone else’s standards
Something obtained by what means there only to shed a stream of tears caught by a smile

Are you fresh young new
Covering up the comfortable image of true self
Why be ashamed
Be proud
Be honest
Be you

Stepping out the reflected world and shatter the glass of the past cause we all want the same thing
How do you feel
Do you know what you feel in this new reality of realization

The flow of you the cause of you to pause to conjure the cure of pure self twisted in elegance of divine creation
Shone through unconscious manifestation
Looking out to see in
Looking pass the familiar recognizing a deeper true renewed self outside the mirror

New Beginnings - Excerpt from Thank You Thursday, Volume 1

05Be thankful this day for new beginnings.

Our lives are renewed daily when we wake, however we have the same or similar routines. It's in the routines where we feel safety, yet grow tired of the same schedule or daily habits. As a person we long for excitement or joy. This leads to seeking out external forms of excitement and joy. This ambitious seeking or rebellious change leads to momentary satisfaction. Thrill seeking sets in and continues to search for adrenaline high. Thrill seeking isn't necessary jumping off cliffs, it's whatever your desire is on an external level to find happiness, change, anything different, new and exciting. In the external or biological view of the new beginning, we are made to be renewed daily and every ten years. We are on a cycle of renewal, if we take care of ourselves, then we can live a life of longevity.
The cycle of renewal is not just tied to our bodies, it's tied to our spirit. As children, we are new to this world, but our spirits are not. We have to relearn what we already know and add the knowledge of this world to our library. As we grow older, each phase of life is a new beginning, and lesson learned to add to our growing mental data base. By the time some of us reach adulthood or even adolescence, we have come into our own realization of our purpose, talents and gifts. The new beginning starts with that realization and can extend over to over to us being awakened by talents, gifts, passions and purpose.
Another way to jump start a new beginning is forgiveness of self. This forgiveness cleanses the soul, the energy of our life. Once we have forgiven ourselves, a new door of joy has opened in your life. This joy and acceptance of it can lead to forgiveness of others and new opportunities, such as new friendships, a new job, even financial wealth. To have something new in your life should be welcomed and not feared. As the saying goes "Fear is the root of all evil", I say embrace the unknown, embrace your fear for there is a new joy and new beginnings waiting just for you.
Be thankful this day for routines in your life for they help to discover new ideas and habits.
Be thankful this day for our bodies and the will of the spirit to carry us daily.
Be thankful this day and everyday to embrace your fears for they bring new found joy!

New I Am
I am the sun shining brightly sharing my warmth and brilliance with all
I am the wind strong and free flowing
I am the water pure and blessed a ravage sea and soothing rain
I am the earth offering knowledge and wisdom
I am confidence comfortable in this skin my freedom another man’s prison
I am words blended to emotions causing convolutions on the mind
I am a thought provided a miner digging to the essence of wisdom
I am an inspiration glowing never to be diminished
I am the new beginning of change acceptance of the continuous journey
I am pain and retribution inflected simultaneously and unified
I am a new love for self where my heart belongs
I am a pair of wings lifting others from the trenches of life
I am remembering me how things use to be easier and worry free
I am here
I am not afraid yet curious
I am thankful for my lessons for my blessings for those who stood strong by me those who believed in me
I am a new understanding
I am a new life
I am a gift unwrapped
I am an energy bounded through life synergy
I am new

Our Only Job, Love

Today have appreciation for Our Only Job, Love.
When the word job comes to mind, we think of the physical and mental labor encountered daily. Whether if it's a laborious task or something we are mindless or half hardheartedly doing, we consider it a "job". What do we consider a job? Growing up, I was taught and shown through family, neighbors, friends, and society that a job was something grown-ups did to earn money to provide security for the family. This over time became a personal belief. We had to work hard at a job to provide for self and others. I suppose this is why one of the first jobs I had was taking care of my neighbor's dog, then later worked for a grocery store as a teenager, and even later interned in a corporate office. Personally I learned valuable work ethics and values. At one point or another, we learned about our self, what we liked, what we will tolerate, and what motivates us. This is who we are on the physical human level. What is our job? Love is our job. As Souls having a human experience, we are to allow love into the experience we chose. How can we accomplish such a glorious feat, to bring love into our full awareness and sharing it with others?
Our personal beliefs will vary in how we achieve love and bring it to the awareness of self. As the old saying goes "If you can't love yourself, how are you going to love anyone else?" As humans we quantify what we call the emotion of love. In fact love is an energy. We quantify this energy with varying levels of emotion and energy, even though it's all the same. Love is Love. We feel we have to love out of obligation. This love out of obligation can stem from someone doing a kind deed, so you feel you must repay them with kindness, a form of love. Some feel to love out of obligation not to hurt anyone else, loving out of fear. Others can feel obligated to love their family, because simply they are family and they raised you in the human experience. We can also have a temporary sensation of having an obligated love fixated on an object or person giving what we think is love. In all of these examples, love is a job. We fulfill it because it is a task. All of these thoughts run into our belief system, creating an illusion of love. Are we truly aware of the love we are both receiving and giving? Are we loving our self?
Love is an ebb and flow. There are times when we give more than we receive and vice versa. Like any ebb and flow, there will always be moments when love is absent. In these moments, this is when we have to look inward to see and feel the loving energy in-self. As souls, we are hard wired to love. In human society, we were shown we have to give love to receive love and it's better to love through sacrifice. Through those examples, how can we store up enough love if we are always giving it away? Is this part of ebb and flow? If we give so much of self, how can we love our self, like we desire too? Some may call it being selfish, but when you love yourself well, you have learned to love others. Loving ourselves is making a commitment to doing our best with what we know presently about self. We are always changing and with these changes come a new awareness to love.
To love means to have a connection. Each Soul connection is different and plays a role to remember self. About a month ago I had a blissful spiritual experience. This was the joy of feeling connected to all there IS, the Oneness of the Universe. This experience reminded me, no matter how the physical world looks or feels, there is always a connection to the Source. The Source of all is Love. This is the most Divine moment, feeling and knowing the connection we all know is there, and yearning to feel it as a waking soul in physical form. Our interaction goes much deeper than we realize. As souls we can connect with anyone, and any living species (i.e. plants, animals, etc.) What makes the difference in how we connect to them and intention set forth. In order to have connection with anyone, there must be an intention set first or there will be no point in the connection. This connection can be performed in a physical or non-physical way. When I say physical, I mean more than two physical souls sitting in a room talking, holding hands, I am also talking about all forms of communication. This open communication can vary depending on who you are in physical form with. A communication or connection can be with your soul mate/twin flame. This is a deeper connection, where the physical becomes non-physical. The communication is intimate, no words are spoken and all becomes known to the other. Yet, why is this level of connection/communication reserved for your soul mate/twin flame?
If we truly desire to know and have a high level of communication with each other, releasing the past is key and living in the Now is all that matters. What can living in the Now, the pre-sent moment do for self? This can increase our awareness of each other. Think of it this way, we communicate daily through emails and text messages, instantly. Our collective brains are clever enough to create technology so we can avoid one another and interact less, and trick self into more interaction and desiring to feel more self important. But do we really feel more important through the technology to communicate to others? I appreciate I can talk to and make new connections, whereas it wasn't possible before. Since our collective brain power came up with this idea of technology, how about sending a mental text message? Meaning once a week we focus on someone we love, set the loving intention and then send a simple message, like "I love you." Then a couple of days later, send a physical text message saying something like, "did you get my mental text saying I love you." This can be done at mediation or whenever you feel good.
Feeling good is key in fulfilling our Job, Love. When we feel good, we know love is present. When we are smiling, love is present. When there is a hug love is present. When there is sun, love is present. When there is rain, love is present. When there is light love is present. When there is darkness, love is present. When there is life, love is present. When there is death, love is present. No matter where we are or what we are doing, love is present in our experience, all around us. All we have to do is connect to it. Love is your Job, Love is the experience you have asked you.
The existence of love flows into our experience because it is the Source of our creation. Love created us and we create Love. In short, we cannot exist without Love. To bring Love into our full awareness, we have to feel the energy of all creation, Love, flowing through us. Yes there are varying experiences to allow this good feeling. The experience had is one of your choosing. All experiences do not have to be downtrodden, hitting rock bottom, or any of the like. This is a collective societal belief implanted in our personal thoughts. In order to have Love, be Loved, or give Love, we must experience hardship, loneliness, heartbreak, and etcetera to truly have Love or what we think is Blissful Love. Yes, contrast prepares us to receive the love we desire, but how could we experience our path chosen if we were not already loved?  Since we were created form a Source of Love, then know no matter what you are loved.
We look so much on the outside for love and approval that we tend to forget about the person who matters most, Self. We are involved with Self before anyone else. Then with Source, because this is our Creation. We create our reality. If we choose to receive love from an external source, how is this external source sustaining you? If you are loving from within, then nothing else should matter. You will know the difference between the two sources. Where does this awareness lie?
Our Soul, is meant to love unconditionally. Each experience has been created to remember the strength of the energy/emotion of Love. Be present in each experience and allow the flow of your truest desires to manifest with the energy of Love. No matter what is experienced, Love is always present. Love is our natural state of Being.
Today have appreciation for the path chosen to remember the Source of Love
Today have appreciation to know Love is always about feeling good, no matter what.
Today have appreciation to know Love exists and is present in all forms and experiences.

Being adored eternally
Being graced with light
Greeted with warmth

Releasing Sanctity

Today have appreciation in Releasing Sanctity.
When we think of sanctity, we think of holiness, something of sacred value. But, what is it that we truly value? Do we value the object giving meaning, do we value having a claim on something, or do we value possessing a possession? When there is ownership involved, we feel it gives us empowerment and entitlement, over someone or something. How did humanity come to a place of desiring ownership/sanctity? It came from the feeling of lack. If we could show we owned something someone else did not, it showed our individual power. From this came competition. If we could out do another, then we were better than them. Sadly after this came revenge, because if we didn't like what they had and no other way to prove our worth, then we would get back at them. However all of this had to take place and be witness too, because it is contrast for what we desire for humanity to live as. How do we move to place of releasing the individual value ownership, to embrace universal ownership?
Sanctity is placing an importance on an object, experience, or person. When we place such a high level of expectation on the physical world, there will be a sense of being let down. Reason being, this is our own experience projecting out to the world. We place this expectation, expecting the same in return. The anticipation of the experience is greater, because it offers us a new sensation. Pause and think of the many times when you placed a high value on an experience, object, or a person.  Did the follow through expectation live up to or exceed personal goals or was it a letdown? In either case, it was your expectation projected and then reflected upon you. Sometimes we don't like what we see or feel. However have appreciation for it, because of the contrast, it is showing you what you don't want; then you can align yourself with what you do want.
One of the ways to release self-importance is the use of ownership words, i.e. my or mine. This is your ego owning you, the soul. This was something I wasn't aware of for quite some time. I had to become aware of the words I used and how I used them. Those words offer self individual power. And yes it does feel good to the ego to say, "My house, My car, My cup, My laptop," etc. But there's a funny thing when you use the words my or mine, when you use them in a possessive manner in front of an object of large monetary value, then the word is strengthened. It is our ego giving the power to what we own, not our soul. When we use the words my or mine, to describe facts or the truth as it is, there is no power to it. Example, "Honey I love you and you have my heart."  The power coming from the statement is genuine and filled with love. You can also say "This is my house." or "I love my house."  This shows appreciation for what was received. It is all in the matter in how you use the words to express an idea or thought. Each thought carries a vibration to the word used. When there is awareness, there is love.
How and what you say plays a huge role in the humanity experience. The Sanctity of what we hold comes from a place within us. We may learn what is important or holy to us from external sources, but our Soul knows what is truly important. Our Soul is speaking to us all the time. We only have to tune in to listen to what it's saying. Our Souls is a source of all nourishment. Whether if it's physical or non-physical our Soul will guide us to what we desire to feel good. Feeling good is truly important to the Soul and our Soul guides us to that place.
What is important? Is it feeling valued? Is it owning something of value? Is it sharing, giving what you already have? When we come to place internally where we can release individual ownership/possessiveness, we allow ourselves to open to sharing what is important to the rest of the world. Through the act of sharing, we come to embrace the universal ownership. We come to care for self and others better by having being led by a Selfless Soul. Remember, we already have what we desire. Once we step out our non-physical way, the egoic mind, we can allow more of what we truly desire.
What is it do we truly desire? Love. How important is having and being loved? In a world now, where everything is moving fast and faster, we forget how to create with intention what we want. We get lost by living in the next moment and not now. We get lost by living for and through others and not self. We think by living ahead we have caught up to what we want. We think by living for others everyone including self will be happy. What is most important? Creating a life with intention, being fulfilled, feeling good, and having and sharing love. When you release what you think is good, what you know feels good will fill your Soul.

Today have appreciation for having the contrast in your live to know what you want.
Today have appreciation to know what is truly important and of value to your soul.
Today have appreciation for knowing your Soul and its importance.

Life Rituals

Today have appreciation for the Life Rituals.
Usually, when we think of rituals, we think of a rite of passage. A rite of passage is a form of ritual, but more formal, where we recognize one's reaching a milestone in their life. This transition is marked in forms of graduations, milestone birthdays, marriages, death, and social or religious ceremonies. As a society, we have placed much emphasizes on these milestones, yet we have forgotten about what we do daily. Each day is a form of a milestone itself. I say this because, those who are not as physically healthy see it as a challenge to preform small tasks, while those who are in great physical health seem to take it for granted. We each have different levels of appreciation for what is experienced daily. There are some days where the appreciation is greater because of an experience. Now how can we take moments in our everyday to have a milestone feeling, to have a ritual allowing us to be present in appreciation?
Personally I have a few rituals in the day. Some of my rituals are, having a bowl of cereal, taking a warm shower while meditating, and a cup of warm tea. What a ritual does for me is, it allows me to present with myself. While being present with myself, it allows me to know I'm taking care of myself. A ritual is a moment to know you are taking care of yourself. As an American society, do we really pause to have these moments of self-appreciation? Through my personal observation, I would say we live in a hodgepodge culture. We bring in other ideas and practices from other cultures to see what works for the individual. We may go read, study, and even participate in another's cultural experience to understand why this ritual works for them. We may then incorporate what we learned into our life, from all what we learned. We may end up being a Jack of all rituals, but what have we mastered?
When we look at rituals and what other cultures are doing, they are all doing the same thing, but in different ways. A ritual is to celebrate, a ritual is to have inner-peace. A ritual is to celebrate inner-peace. How do we get to our personal inner-peace and then celebrate it?  For everyone inner-peace is different. When we are still, it is the inner-peace allowing us to stay centered, calm, no matter what is going on around us. Inner-peace is love, having joy for who you are and what is fulfilling you. This can come in many splendid forms, being still while active. What this means is, having a heighten awareness while preforming a task. It can be a caretaker, a teacher, writer, a philanthropist, or any amateur or professional career. There is no difference in what you do as long there is love and love offers inner-peace. Each moment of the day is presenting you with the inner-peace you have asked for. Are you aware of the peace greeting you?
The peace to greet you has been pre-sent to welcome you into a place of inner-knowing. Knowing who you are and to allow change if you deem it be. Knowing who you are is courage enough to change what you don't like or see. All contrast is, is showing you what you don't want, shining the light on what you do want. This change can be anything from the physical to non-physical. Keep in mind all things are energy and it transforms to your personal will, it transforms to the choices you make. The peace arising from your thoughts are the ones planted eons ago, in the universal DNA, preparing for the ascension or transformation. Each level is giving you a seat at the table to witness the self arising to Self.
This is why we have rituals. We have them to witness self to evolve in moments of stillness. This is why small moments of the day are important to track progress of Self. There are questions like "Am I where I'm supposed to be?" or "How do I get to where I truly desire?" Each question is a marker on the path to the transformation. Be aware of your thoughts, be aware of what you are a fulfilling, be aware of who you are. The awareness settling in grants you higher levels of peace and guides you to complete fulfillment.
Fulfillment is joy, no matter how, when, or what comes. It can be a moment when you are watching your favorite TV show, on a rooftop, in the shower, or even in your sleep. Those are the moments when you are aware of self and make it into a ritual. You do it because it brings you joy. You take time to celebrate yourself where you are. This is saying to the universe "I appreciate me where I am." By doing this you allow more of the same feeling good, life ritual, fulfilling moments; you stop to honor yourself. This is how you become aware, evolve and appreciate yourself.

Today and each day have appreciation for where you are in your life.
Today and each day have appreciation for the small moments making you smile, inside and out.
Today and each day have appreciation for the question arising to be more aware of where you are now.

Prism Star
A vision of stars shining pulsating with every glimmer
Outstretched infinitely
Reaching me
Sending messages

With approach
Notice light passing through becoming more infinite colors
One color bleeding into the next
Reflective
Striking
Brilliant

A fractal piece of a larger whole
I am you
You are me
We are one
We are light
We are Source
Being all there is
Love
No greater experience
Love
In the process of knowing feeling being
Love

I am the conductor of a grand orchestra
Playing out a symphony I wrote
A symphonious magistery

Infinitely bound
Honoring each muse
Giving what's given
Understanding the vibrational match of what's called forth

Infinitely existed
Manifested in many ways many forms
Interpreted by sound
Interpreted by words
Appreciation shown and expressed greatly

Creating shapes
Lines bend
I notice you
I see you
This is who I am

Energy no longer contained
Expressed gracefully
Joyously
All in harmony
All in unison

More than physical projection
Being a signature
Being a light
Being a star

Levitating
Reaching for the Heavens
Letting go
Being here now
Being there always

Allowing an effervescent presence to sweep in
Now guided by joy bringers
All has light to bring what is attracted
What is our focus
Where is our light cast

A star among stars
Light with Light
We are here
We are loved
We are all that IS
May you remember all that you are
Eyes closed
Soul open
